Appointments & Scheduling: We do our best to keep to appointed schedules, but medical emergencies and unexpected surprises do occur. If that happens and it delays your appointment, we promise to keep you informed and let you know of other options to fit your needs. Always feel free to call ahead to check for any known delays before coming in for your appointment. |

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so as far in advance as possible. Please bring all insurance information including insurance cards and, if necessary, your HMO referral. Every effort is made to see you at your appointment date and time but occasional emergencies or deliveries may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you from being inconvenienced.
