CRITICAL HEALTH CARE INFORMATION

If your condition worsens during your doctor's care, please call the doctor immediately. If you do not improve within the next two or three days, contact the doctor as shown below. Call at any time if necessary. Failing to contact the doctor under either circumstance could result in serious harm to your health. Be particularly alert for fever, pain, nausea, vomiting, bleeding, dizziness, shortness of breath, rash, rapid heart rate, or rapid breathing rate.

If you have been given medication or a prescription, take it as instructed. Do not take too much. Be sure to take the medicine at the times ordered.

If you have any suspected reaction to medicine, stop taking it at once and call the doctor immediately. Failing to take your medicine as instructed could result in serious harm to your health. Follow the instructions that may accompany the medication such as taking with food, avoiding alcohol, or driving. If you are pregnant and experience vaginal bleeding, leakage of amniotic fluid or regular contractions, please try to contact the doctor. If you are unable to reach the doctor, please go to your pre-registered hospital for delivery. Failure to obtain emergency care could result in serious harm to your health. If you have been advised for follow-up medical care (such as follow-up after delivery, surgery or yearly check up), see your doctor for follow-up medical care. Failure to obtain follow-up medical care could result in serious harm to your health. In case of emergency if you are unable to reach your doctor, please go to the nearest emergency room. Failure to obtain emergency care could cause serious harm to your health.

Remember to follow any special instruction given by the doctor in addition to this general instruction.
